Short Travel trail bike
Everything from suspension design, 3D modelling, engineering of carbon layups, tooling design, machining and painting was done by myself.
After riding my high pivot enduro exclusively for 2 seasons, I am looking forward to having another, short travel option for the more mellower trails.

Some of the design goals were:
- experimenting with different manufacturing techniques and tooling designs as a learning experience.
- incorporate interchangeable frame members to experiment with the flex of the rear triangle
- design for manufacturability was a major design criteria
- 125mm rear travel, 130mm front
- 475mm reach
- 430mm-ish chain stay length
- 65° head angle
- 78° seat tube angle
